Infrastructure
CCTV System in Examination Unit of University Press has set up highest standard of security, so that secrecy is maintained in every block of Examination Unit i.e. Entry Point, Computer Unit, Printing Unit, Blockwise Unit and Proof Reading Hall.
A Security Guard is kept engaged amongst University Press, Bhaikaka Library and Homescience Department. Security is strengthened more, while the numbers of question papers are more, by engaging more security guards. Entry Register is maintained with Entry and Exit time alongwith initials of Senior Press Supervisors, Proof Readers and Distributors. Employees who are engaged in examination work, are detained upto the next half hour of examinations starting time; and muster is maintained for the same with Name, Time of Entry and Exit and Signature.
