Admissions for different Courses run by the department
- For M. Sc. (Statistics), M. Sc. (Applied Statistics) and M. Sc. (QPM) admission are done once in a year. Dates for applications will be announced by the University by giving advertisement in newspapers and posting the detailed admission procedure on the website of the University. Generally, dates of application and admission will be announced in the first or second week of June, every year.
- For Ph. D. admissions, announcement will be posted on the University website as well in the newspapers. Admissions are done on the basis of entrance test and counseling. Usually, the tests are held once in year in the month of August.
- Certificate course in Biostatistics will be run in the second half of the academic year (December-April) as the course materials are from the elective courses for fourth semester of M. Sc. (Statistics)
- Certificate course in Financial Statistics will be run in the second half of the academic year (December-April) as the course materials are from the elective courses for fourth semester of M. Sc. (Statistics)
- The Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science will be conducted once a year. Details regarding application, eligibility, and admission procedures will be announced through the University website and official notifications.
