Department had Seminar and Conference Organized during 2013 to 2015

Training Programme Organized by the department Our University is one of the few Universities which is contributing in Special Education area. Department of Psychology is running B.Ed. Special Education in Mental Retardation since 2012 and M.Ed. Special Education from 2014. Around 85% of the students have got placements in Government/Non-Government Organizations. Recently, the Department has organized a Refresher course on Research Methodology sponsored by Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi for the teaching faculties of Special Education. The Department has also taken care of its social responsibility hence awareness programmes, information, rallies regarding disability & causes its prevention, and early intervention programmes are also conducted time to time in rural as well as urban areas throughout the academic year. Successfully organized RCI sponsored national level refresher course on “Research Methodology” from 11 to 15 September 2015 for RCI registered rehabilitation professionals.
