A brief sketch of faculties Achievements:

Dr. M. K. Patel, Professor and Head, has published 25 papers and 05 books, as well as presented papers and participated in 02 International and 08 National level conferences apart from guiding 03 Ph.D. and 03 M.Phil students. He has completed 05 Minor Research Projects and two Major Research Project sponsored and financed by UGC, New Delhi and is an Alumni of IIMA. He visited Hungary from 25^th May to 25^th June 2005 under the Indo-Hungarian Cultural Exchange Programme for academic and research study and has completed a project on Education Policies & Practices in European Countries and India. He has written three books on HRD and he did FDPM from IIM, Ahmedabad with full fellowship.

Dr. S. G. Deobhankar, Professor has published 21 papers and 02 books as well as guided 11 Ph.D. and 12 M.Phil students. He has completed three Minor Research Projects sponsored and financed by UGC, New Delhi. He was nominated by the Government of Gujarat as syndicate member for three consecutive terms in Sardar Patel University.

Dr. P. K. Rathod, Professor has published 20 articles and also guided 04 Ph.D. and 05 M.Phil students. He has successfully completed FDP of IIMA. He has been nominated as a member of IQAC – NAAC and a member of High Power Finance Committee of Sardar Patel University by the syndicate.

Dr. Sandip K. Bhatt, Reader has published 35 articles and participated in 48 Conferences, has guided 03 Ph.D., and 07 M.Phil students. . He has completed 03 Minor Research Projects and two Major Research Project sponsored and financed by UGC, New Delhi.

Dr. R. M. Joshi, Reader, has published 08 articles as well as attended 19 conferences. He has produced 01 Ph.D. and 04 M. Phil students. He has completed 1 Minor Research Projects of UGC, New Delhi. He has participated in FDP of IIM, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Pinakin R. Sheth, Reader, has written 15 articles and attended 08 conferences apart from completing of two Minor Research Projects sponsored by UGC, New Delhi. He has guided 02 M. Phil student.

Dr. C. K. Sonara, Reader, has published 10 articles and a book and has participated in 20 conferences. He has also completed two Minor Research Projects of UGC, New Delhi. He has guided 01 Ph. D. and 01 M. Phil student.

Rathod Raju M., Lecturer, has published 18 articles and attended 20 conferences.

Ms. D. S. Rohit, Lecturer, has attended 07 seminar/conferences.

Dalvadi Yagnesh M., Lecturer joined the department on 15^th March, 2007.
