Research is a very significant activity of our Department. Our Department has a very active faculty committed to research work. A bird’s eye view of our research activities. 100 students have been awarded Ph.D. Degree and 170 students have been awarded Degree up till now. Students have been admitted to M. Phil and Ph. D. programmes in the IX plan. Our three faculty members have completed their minor and major research work in last five years, funded by the U.G.C., New Delhi and three members of our faculty are engaged presently in there research work, funded by the U.G.C., New Delhi.

One research Fellow is awarde Ph.D. degree and one Fellow is on the verge of completion. Two Fellows have recently joined in the current research work of our faculty members as a research associates.

We have collaborated with various Universities in the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.
