The M.Sc. (Electronic Science) program lays a heavy emphasis on the frontier fields of Electronics with a prudent mixing of Science and Engineering oriented subjects as desired by the UGC and DoE. The students are exposed to the state-of-the-art equipment and instrumentation during their laboratory sessions and project works. During their Industrial interaction / training, the students are familiarized with the prevailing levels of the Science and Technological aspects of Electronics. This is expected to enable the students to become potential candidates for employment in Industrial organizations too apart from the Academic and Research Centers. The syllabus is being regularly updated and upgraded, keeping in mind the local as well as National needs and demands. The students are exposed to a cafeteria style of syllabus structure at the III and IV semesters. They can choose a combination of elective papers to meet the changing demands of the society. *ES -407 Viva-Voce also includes the assessment of the training undergone by the candidate. |
